Symptom: You can only place one item in the shopping cart at a time.
Explanation: Your computer is blocking 3rd party cookies. This can be happening if you rececntly added some security software, have a new internet service provider like Road Runner which has built in security software, or have recently made a change to your browser or Operating System

To resolve cookie problems in privacy or firewall software:
Launch your privacy or firewall software.
Navigate to the section with cookie controls.
Choose to accept cookies.
In addition to firewall/privacy software, shoppers can also be prevented from adding multiple items if the shopper has their Web browser set to not accept cookies. Merchants can provide shoppers with instructions for enabling cookies.
Instructions for enabling cookies for common browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x
Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu select "Internet options".
Select the Privacy tab.
Move the slider down to any setting other than "Block All Cookies".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu select "Internet options".
Click the "Security" tab.
Click the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable:
Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
Click "OK".
Mozilla Firefox users:
Open Mozilla Firefox.
From the Tools menu, select "Options".
Click the Privacy icon.
Click the + sign to expand the Cookies section.
Select the "Allow sites to set cookies" option.
Click "OK".
For Netscape 4.X users:
Open Netscape.
From the Edit menu, select "Preferences".
Click the + sign to expand the "Advanced" option.
Select the "Accept All Cookies" option.
Click "OK" to close the window.
